This was project was done during the 2025 Global Game Jam. I teamed up with three other participants to create a game centering around Bubbles. So we decided to do an endless climbing game where the player would shoot bubbles to bounce on and climb up into the sky while avoiding enemies and a rising wave of beer.
At the Game Jam, I was again the lead Game Designer, Game Programmer, and Level Designer. We focus our work using Unity since majority of us have experience with the software and taken several roles such as scoring, player movement, damage, and sprite design.

With only three days we focus on three key concept of the game, player function, losing condition, and platforming. The team suggested that the player can stand on bubbles to aid them with the platforming. It was an interesting take on platformers as I could barely remember any game that used bubbles as a platformer. From there we kept a scoring count, so if players manage to reach to a certain level of the platform, they'll score some points.

The game was challenging yet the audience did had fun with the game. We manage to create something that provide entertainment and trail to our audience. At one point, one participant has gone far enough to break the background of the game, which given us an idea that we need to improve the length of the game and also think of a winning condition in case the player reaches to the top of the level.
